How do I add a requirement to a sport?

To add a requirement to a sport, 

1. Go to Navigation 
2. Select Settings 
3. Click on Registration Requirements
4. Find the requirement you want to add and click on Edit.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the requirement settings and select Edit for To whom will this requirement be applied?
6. You can add this requirement to any sport that is missing.
