How to Reset a Password as an Administrator

Users: Administrators

The below steps will walk an administrator through resetting a password for a coach, parent, or guardian.

Steps

1. Log into your Aktivate Account 
2. Click on the Magnifying Glass
3. Type in the user's name and be sure to search for the user by Account 
4. Click View
5. Click Reset Password
6. Give the user a new password and click Reset Password
