As an admin, how do I reset a coach's password?

If you are an admin in the Aktivate Certification system and your coaches need a password reset, then this article will show you how to reset their password. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Open the Coach Management System/UIL Portal by selecting Register as a coach/Manage my...
  3. Click Navigation
  4. Select Users & Permissions
  5. Click User Accounts
  6. Go to the coach's school by clicking the black dropdown arrow 
  7. Find the coach by typing their first OR last name in the search bar
  8. Click More on the far right side
  9. Select Reset Password
  10. Type in a temporary password
  11. Click Submit
