As an admin, how do I reset a coach's password?
If you are an admin in the Aktivate Certification system and your coaches need a password reset, then this article will show you how to reset their password. Just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Aktivate account
- Open the Coach Management System/UIL Portal by selecting Register as a coach/Manage my...
- Click Navigation
- Select Users & Permissions
- Click User Accounts
- Go to the coach's school by clicking the black dropdown arrow
- Find the coach by typing their first OR last name in the search bar
- Click More on the far right side
- Select Reset Password
- Type in a temporary password
- Click Submit
