How to Reset a Coach's Password
Users: Administrators
The below steps will show you how to reset a coach's password within Aktivate Certification
Steps:
- Log in to your Aktivate account
- Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
- Click Navigation
- Select Users & Permissions
- Click User Accounts
- NOTE: You may need to change your view of the coach's school. To do this, use the black dropdown arrow by the school/district's name at the top
- Find the coach by typing their first OR last name in the search bar
- Click More on the far right side
- Select Reset Password
- Type in a temporary password
- Click Submit
