How to Reset a Coach's Password

The below steps will show you how to reset a coach's password within Aktivate Certification


  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
  3. Click Navigation
  4. Select Users & Permissions
  5. Click User Accounts
    1. NOTE: You may need to change your view of the coach's school. To do this, use the black dropdown arrow by the school/district's name at the top
  6. Find the coach by typing their first OR last name in the search bar
  7. Click More on the far right side
  8. Select Reset Password
  9. Type in a temporary password
  10. Click Submit
