How to Complete the PAPF Section for an Outgoing Athlete

If a student is leaving your school and going to another school within the UIL then they will need you to fill out a section of the PAPF. You may get an email about this notifying you. That email may have a link, but there is also a manual way to go to this section if the link isn't working or if you prefer to learn this way. We have created a video below that will give you instructions.
Steps
- Login to your Aktivate account
- Open the UIL Portal
- Click Navigation
- Select Eligibility Forms
- Click Outgoing Athletes
- Select the name of the athlete
- Click Review Form for Previous School Certification (Page 2)
