How to Replace an Uploaded Document

This video will show you how to replace a document that has been previously uploaded. You may need to do this if your document has been rejected or expires soon.


Steps:

  1. Log into your Aktivate Account
  2. Select Parent/Guardian access to manage athlete registrations
  3. Click Start/Complete Registrations under the section labeled: What Would You Like to Do?
  4. Select View/Complete registrations on the right side or each registration
  5. Click on Physical Documents
  6. Select the document you need to replace 
  7. Click Replace Uploaded Form
