How to Replace an Uploaded Document
Users: Parents
This video will show you how to replace a document that has been previously uploaded. You may need to do this if your document has been rejected or expires soon.
Steps:
- Log into your Aktivate Account
- Select Parent/Guardian access to manage athlete registrations
- Click Start/Complete Registrations under the section labeled: What Would You Like to Do?
- Select View/Complete registrations on the right side or each registration
- Click on Physical Documents
- Select the document you need to replace
- Click Replace Uploaded Form
