Replace Uploaded Document

If you need to re-upload or replace a document, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your Aktivate Account
  2. Under the section labeled: What Would You Like to Do?, click Start/Complete Registrations
  3. Then click View/Complete registrations
  4. Click into Physical Documents
  5. Select the document you need to replace 
  6. Click replace uploaded form
