How to Remove a Payment

Users: Administrators

This article will show administrators how to remove a payment from an athlete.

1. Log into your Aktivate Account and click on your Administrator portal
2. Click Navigation
3. Select Orders under Orders and Statements
4. Filter to the correct dates
5. Search for the athlete’s name and click on the payment
6. At the top, click Remove This Payment
