Why does it say "pending approval" on the document I uploaded?

After you upload physical or other requirements, it goes through a verification process by the school to ensure accuracy and validity. If the school approves it, it will be marked "Complete" on the registration and will be valid through whatever date is input by the administrator. 

To expedite this review, please contact your school athletic department. Your school administrators are the ones responsible for approving and rejecting the documents that have been uploaded.
