Please understand that if you have questions about policies, procedures, or decisions on registration documents or transfers, you will likely need to contact an administrator at your school rather than Aktivate customer support.
Our Customer Success Team is available Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time. There are a few ways to contact us and both can be accessed directly from our website.
- Send us an email anytime at support@aktivate.com.
- Use the Help button at the bottom of the page and fill out the Contact Us page. You will be asked to enter information such as your school, athlete name, account information, email address, and information regarding the issue you are facing. Attaching a screenshot or two is always appreciated and will help our team provide a quicker path to resolution.
