How to Troubleshoot Adding a Coach to a Team

Users: Administrators

When experiencing problems with adding roles for coaches in Administrators/Staff, or viewing a coach in the Coaches Tab:

1. First, Check the Sports to verify that the sport is Enabled
2. If a sport is Disabled/Inactive then Admins will not be able to add roles in that sport 
3. If an individual Team/Roster is Disabled/Inactive Assistant Coach Roles cannot be added in Administrators/Staff
4. If a Sport/Team Roster is Disabled/Inactive an admin cannot view the coach in the Coaches Tab

To Add New Assistant Coaches Roles or view them in the Coaches Tab:

5. Enable the Sport & Team Roster of specific Sport
