Is my 9th grader a transfer student? (Nevada)

All 9th graders in Nevada must provide two Proofs of Address and answer guardian and residency questions. Based on those questions, your student may or may not need to answer further questions. If more information is needed, the registration will say Transfer Pending. You will need to follow the red bar prompts to answer questions and upload additional documents.

Once you submit this form it will be reviewed by your school. Please contact your school's athletics office with questions regarding transfers of any kind. Our team at aktivate is not permitted to help parents with these forms, so please contact your school's staff.
