How to upload a Proof of Address or other document for a Transfer?

This article will show parents how to upload Proof of Current Address documents for transfer forms.

Steps

1. Log in to your Aktivate Account
2. Click the Parents button
3. Click Transfers under What Would You Like to Do? on the left side of the page.
4. Click on your athlete's transfer - here, you can see what is happening with your athlete's transfer 
   1. Note: If you’re unable to click on the transfer, the form is most likely in the school’s possession. If you need to make changes, please reach out to the school and request that they reject the transfer request
5. Find the Proof of Address section and click on it
6. Click Choose Files
7. Find the document and select it
8. Click Next. If more than one upload is required and you are unable to upload both documents at this time, click Save on the left side of the screen, and your upload(s) will be saved until you return and upload the other document.
   1. WARNING: If the file fails to upload or the save button continues to spin for more than 2 minutes, then that means your file needs to be compressed. Please compress your file using this website or contact our support team.
