(UHSAA) How to Complete an Athlete's Academic All-State Application

The steps below will walk you through completing your student's academic all-state nominations if your student is eligible and applications are open.

1. Log into your Aktivate Account
2. Go to the Parents Portal
3. Go to Navigation
4. Click on your Athlete's Name
5. Go to Navigation again
6. Click on Academic All-State or Academic State
7. Follow the prompts from the site to complete the application.

NOTE: Your school's athletic director can also complete the application for you and submit it to the UHSAA. If you are experiencing any issues or if you have questions then please contact them.
