Parent or Athlete Not Receiving Emails
If you are not receiving emails from Aktivate (updates, verification codes, etc.), there could be a few reasons why:
- The emails may be going to spam/junk folders, please check these folders.
- You may have unsubscribed from emails, if you believe this to be the case, please click here
- Your email address may be incorrect, double check all looks correct.
- If you have a student email address for your account email, the district is blocking emails from our system. We strongly recommend that parents create an email address that is not associated with the school
If you are trying to verify your account information (email address & phone number), and you are not receiving the code via email please check your spam/junk folders. This code will only be active for 4 hours.
Note: You can always bypass this by clicking on skip this step for now.
To update your email address you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Aktivate account
- Click Account Info in the upper right-hand corner - there, you will be able to update your email address along with any other information
- Click Save
- A verification pop-up screen will appear. From there you will open another tab (do not close this tab) and find the verification email in your email inbox (it may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox, so be patient). You can copy and paste the code into the pop-up or directly type into it
