How to Invite Someone to View a PAPF
Users: UIL Administrators
As an administrator/coordinator within the UIL Portal, you are able to give anyone permission to view the PAPF at your school. This is helpful if you have a DEC Chair or member who is unable to view the PAPF. Here are some directions for you to follow to invite someone to view the PAPF.
Steps
- Login to your Aktivate account
- Open the UIL Portal
- Click Navigation
- Select Eligibility Forms
- Select PAPF/Eligibility Home
- Click View on a PAPF you'd like to add somebody to
- Select Tools at the top
- Click Add/Remove Invited Users
- Search for the person you want to add by using the search box at the bottom. Click on the person's name once then come up on the list.
- NOTE: If you click on anybody's name from the list then you will remove them and their ability to view the PAPF
