How to Carry Over Coach Registrations from Last Year
Users: Administrators
This video will show you how to carry over coach registrations from the previous year to the current year.
Steps:
- Log in to your Aktivate account
- Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
- Click Navigation
- Select Reports and Validation
- Click Review Past Registrations
- Click the Yes button if that coach still coaches that sport
- their registration will roll to the new year; click No if the coach no longer coaches that sport, and no registration will be rolled over.
Coaches:
You will need to log in to your account and start a registration every year. See the article below on how to start a registration.
