How To Approve Coach Documents
Users: Administrators
This video will show you how to approve documents in the Aktivate Certification system.
Steps:
- Log in to your Aktivate account.
- Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
- Note: In the top middle section of the page, make sure you're on the appropriate school.
- Click Navigation
- Select Reports and Validation
- Click Document Validation
- Select View to open a document
- Click Approve/Reject Document
- Mark as Approved or Rejected
- You can edit the issue dates and expiration dates if this is an older document
- Add any notes to the document
- Click Submit
Once you've clicked Submit, you can move on to the next document
