How To Approve Coach Documents

Users: Administrators

This video will show you how to approve documents in the Aktivate Certification system.


Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
    1. Note: In the top middle section of the page, make sure you're on the appropriate school.
  3. Click Navigation
  4. Select Reports and Validation
  5. Click Document Validation
  6. Select View to open a document
  7. Click Approve/Reject Document
    1. Mark as Approved or Rejected
    2. You can edit the issue dates and expiration dates if this is an older document
    3. Add any notes to the document
  8. Click Submit

Once you've clicked Submit, you can move on to the next document
