How To Upload a Document For a Coach
Users: Administrators
This video will show you how to upload a document for your coach in Aktivate Certification.
Steps:
- Log in to your Aktivate account.
- Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
- In the top middle section of the page, make sure you're on the appropriate school that you need to confirm documents for.
- Click Navigation
- Select View Current Registrations
- Click a coach's name to open their registration
- Scroll to the Physical Documents/Other Requirements Section
- Click Upload next to the requirement you'll be uploading to
- You can edit the issue dates and expiration date if this is an older document
- Click Submit
- Note: The document will be automatically approved from your upload
