(NIAA) How to Close a Transfer (Student is Not a Transfer)

If you have reviewed a student transfer and deemed the student is not a transfer, you can follow the steps below to mark "Not a Transfer/Archive"
Steps
- Log in to your Aktivate Account
- Select Administrator
- Click Navigation,
- Select Transfers
- Click Transfer System
- Scroll through the list to find the student
TIP: Change the Owner filter at the top to All Owners and a new search bar will appear below the filters. Type in the name of the student in this search bar.
- Click on the student's name to open the transfer.
- Scroll to the Administrator Options section and select Not a Transfer/Archive
- Indicate why you are marking this student as not a transfer and enter text in the "Required Explanation" section
- Select Submit
