How to change the previous school on a PAPF

If a parent has entered the wrong information for their student's previous school, then a coordinator is able to change the previous school information by following these steps.

Steps:

1. Login to your Aktivate account
2. Open the UIL Portal
3. Click Navigation
4. Select Eligibility Forms
5. Click PAPF/Eligibility Home
6. Select View to open a PAPF
7. Click Review Form under PAPF Page 1

8. Select the Blue text of the previous school's name

9. Fill out the form with the correct information
10. Click Update at the bottom
