How to Edit a Sports Season Setting

Users: Administrators

This video will show administrators how to update the season at your school if a sport is listed under the wrong season.

Steps

1. Log into your Akitivate account
2. Select Administrator
3. Click Navigation
4. Select Sports
5. Click Edit Sports in the top right corner
6. Find your sport and change the season by clicking on the drop-down arrow 
7. Click on the correct season
8. Select Yes if you are sure about this change
9. And you're done! The system will automatically save this change for you.

NOTE: UHSAA Academic All State Records will not populate automatically after fixing this setting. You'll need to add your athletes manually.
