Why does my name appear in place of my athlete's name?

When you fill out online forms, some web browsers will auto-fill information for you based on previous forms you have filled out that are not always correct in a given situation. To prevent this from happening, double-check each box that is filled in before you save the athlete. 

To correct your athlete’s name, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Click on Click here to start/complete athlete registrations
  3. Click Navigation on the left sidebar
  4. Click My Athletes --> select the name you would like to update
  5. Scroll down to the section Athlete summary *Please Note: The athlete’s name may appear correctly on this page. Even if the name is correct here, please move to Step 6
  6. Click Edit (right-hand side) There are two name sections - make sure both name fields match and are filled out correctly
  7. Select the Keep Information Current checkbox    
  8. Click Submit at the bottom
