Why does my name appear in place of my athlete's name?
When you fill out online forms, some web browsers will auto-fill information for you based on previous forms you have filled out that are not always correct in a given situation. To prevent this from happening, double-check each box that is filled in before you save the athlete.
To correct your athlete’s name, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Aktivate account
- Click on Click here to start/complete athlete registrations
- Click Navigation on the left sidebar
- Click My Athletes --> select the name you would like to update
- Scroll down to the section Athlete summary *Please Note: The athlete’s name may appear correctly on this page. Even if the name is correct here, please move to Step 6
- Click Edit (right-hand side) There are two name sections - make sure both name fields match and are filled out correctly
- Select the Keep Information Current checkbox
- Click Submit at the bottom
