How to Update My Athlete's Name

This video will show you how to update your athlete's name within your account.

Steps

1. Log in to your Aktivate account
2. Click on the Parent Portal
3. Click Navigation on the left sidebar
4. Click My Athletes and select the name you would like to update
5. Scroll down to the section Athlete summary *Please Note: The athlete’s name may appear correctly on this page. Even if the name is correct here, please move to Step 6
6. Click Edit (right-hand side) There are two name sections - make sure both name fields match and are filled out correctly
7. Select the Keep Information Current checkbox    
8. Click Submit at the bottom
