Why do I have a "Pending Approval" button on my account when I login?

You have a "Pending Approval" status because you have requested access to the site as a coach/administrator. An administrator at your school needs to assign you a role in the system. Once they do that, your pending status will change to a button that says either "Assistant Coach", "Sport Admin", "Head Coach", or "Administrator". You will then click on that button to access the site. 

Please contact the athletic secretary or athletic director and let them know you need to be assigned a role in Aktivate. Customer Support cannot approve requests due to the fact that we have no way of knowing who should and should not have access to athlete information.  However, if your school administrator needs assistance, they can email us at support@aktivate.com.
