How to Transfer or Disable a Coach or Administrator's Account

To transfer a coach or admin to a new school or district or to disable their account entirely, you can follow the steps in the video.


  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Open the Coach Management System/UIL Portal
  3. Click Navigation
  4. Select Users & Permissions
  5. Click User Accounts
  6. Go to the coach's school by clicking the black dropdown arrow at the top of the page
  7. Find the coach by typing their first OR last name in the search bar at the top
  8. Click More on the far right side
  9. Select Transfer Account
  10. Select the state
  11. Type in the name of the school they are transferring to
  12. Select the school from the list
  13. Select their role at the new school
  14. Click Submit

To disable their account fully, you'll click on Disable/Deactivate Account at this district.
