How to Transfer Your Account to a New School/District

This video will show you how to transfer your account to a new school in a different district.


  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Click Go to Coaches / Administrators Portal
  3. Under My Account Options in the bottom right corner, select My Profile
  4. Find a section labeled Account Connection and Transfer Options at the bottom right of the page
  5. Select Fully Transfer Account... or Add Additonal School/District...
  6. Select your state
  7. Search for your school's name
  8. Click on the name of your school
    1. *Please Note: when selecting your school, make sure you are selecting the school and not the school at the ISD/District level 
  9. Select the role you will have at this new school
  10. Click Submit - once you submit, you will be connected to your new school
