How to Force a Student Into a Transfer

If you have a student at your school that was not placed into a transfer status when they were supposed to, then here are the steps needed to force a student into a transfer.  

Steps

1. Log in to your Aktivate Account
2. Click Administrator
3. Select the Magnifying Glass icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen
4. Search for the athlete's name
5. Click View to go to the athlete profile
6. Click on the Sport/Registration
7. Click Transfer to open drop-down options, and select Force Into Transfer
8. Choose the type of transfer
9. To find the athlete's transfer, click Navigation, select Transfers
