How to Open a Transfer After it's Been Sent Back by the School

The below steps will walk parents and guardians through how to open a transfer.


  1. Log in to your Aktivate account
  2. Click the Parent button
  3. Click Transfers under What Would You Like to Do? (Left side of the page)
  4. Click on your Athlete's Name - here you can see what is happening with your athlete's transfer

*Note:* If you’re unable to click on the transfer, the form is most likely in the school’s possession. If you need to make changes, please reach out to the school and request that they reject the transfer request.
