(UHSAA) How to Upload Documents to a Transfer

If you have a student at your school who is a transfer and needs assistance uploading documents, below are the steps needed to upload documents.


Steps

  1. Log in to your Aktivate Account
  2. Select Administrator portal
  3. Click Navigation
  4. Select Transfers
  5. Click Transfers
  6. Search the athlete's name to find the transfer and click View (you may need to use the Status Filter and the Application Status filters)
  7. Uploads
  8. Click Add Uploads

NOTE: No matter the status, clicking Add Uploads will allow you to provide documentation for the transfer


  1. Select the form that the upload is for

  1. Add the Uploads to the specific area
