I am missing Coaches, where do I find them?

This video will show you how to find coaches within the Aktivate Certification system.
If you are looking at the registrations at your school and you don't see a coach's name, then this can mean two things. Either the coach hasn't started their annual registration, or their account is not connected to your school.

If the coach doesn't appear on the User Accounts report, then that means they aren't connected to your school.
