(UHSAA) How to Close a Transfer (Student is Not a Transfer)
If you have a student that was accidentally marked as Transfer Pending, then you can remove their transfer to resolve the issue. Here are the steps to complete the process:
- Log in to your Aktivate Account
- Select Administrator
- Click Navigation
- Click Transfers
- Select Transfers
- Search for the athlete's name
- Click on the Transfer/Athlete that needs to be edited
- Click This Athlete is Not a Transfer at the top
- Choose the reason why this is not a transfer, This Athlete is Not a Transfer or Transfer Previously Approved (this could happen if they have a transfer on multiple registrations but one is already completed)
