How to Email Your Coaches

Users: Administrators

To send an email to your coaches, you can follow the steps in the video below.

Steps

1. Log into your Aktivate Account
2. Click into the UIL Portal or the Coach Management System
3. Click Navigation

4. Click Email Systems (bottom of the page)

   *If you do not see the email systems button, it’s likely the permission needs to be added to your account. Feel free to reach out to us or the admin at your school to get this permission turned on

5. To create an email click on + New Email
6. Fill in all of the necessary information
7. Click Send
